Travelling Recommendations

To and from London:
By Air – five London Airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City) each with fast links to city centre
By Rail – many main line stations all serviced by underground tube trains
By Coach – arrive at Victoria Station, then take the tube
NB: travelling by private car is slow and parking is scarce

Within London:
By Tube – fast and easy
By Bus – slow but convenient and frequent
(buy an Oyster card for £12 and use it on buses and tubes)
Walk – not far and very predictable
Taxi – easy, slow in rush hour, cheaper if you share
