APAGBI Mentoring Scheme

Now in it's second year, the ABAGBI Mentoring Scheme is the chance for trainees to take advantage of having a mentor within paediatric anaesthesia. Previous trainees have used the scheme for CV advice, questions about the job as a paediatric anaesthetist, both within a tertiary centre and in a DGH, as well as fellowship advice and clinical scenarios advice. Every trainee was guaranteed a mentor last year and it was greatly appreciated!
